God's Eyes SightStation Kit
Training & Resources

Your step-by-step guide to delivering clear sight—and hope—without clinical training.

Our Work

Since 2005, God’s Eyes has been on a mission to open physical eyes and spiritual eyes (Acts 26:17–18), bringing hope and vision to the 2.5 billion people worldwide who need glasses but lack access.

The SightStation Kit brings God’s Eyes mission into your community—simply by handing someone a pair of glasses. With everything you need to restore near-vision and offer UV protection during outreach events, you’ll transform lives quickly and confidently by using our simple three-step method:

Frequently Asked Questions

Q1: How many patients can one SightStation Kit serve?

A: Each kit includes 350 pairs: 210 near-vision glasses and 140 sunglasses. Usage varies according to distribution balance.

Q2: What if a sample frame breaks?

A: Replace it with a new frame and discard the broken one. Do not give away a sample frame unless it’s the last one available in that particular power.

Q3: What if we run out of one power?

A: If you run out of a specific near-vision power, offer the next closest strength and suggest patients adjust their reading distance slightly (closer for higher powers, farther for lower) to improve clarity. Provide whatever option helps them see clearest.

Q4: Is any medical training required?

A: No—SightStation is designed for non-clinical team members. Just follow these test steps.

Q5: Why only +1.00 to +4.00 near-vision powers?

A: These four strengths cover the vast majority of adult near-vision needs in the field. Keeping it simple lets you fit faster and serve more people.

Q6: What if none of the powers improve a patient’s vision?

A: Unfortunately these 4 choices will not help 100% of the people you will see. For the participants that your kit's glasses do not help, refer them to an eye care professional for additional help. You may also share any local materials you have instead (e.g., reading materials or Bibles) for comfort and engagement.

Q7: Can I dispense sunglasses if the near-vision glasses do not help?

A: Yes, we prefer every participant to get something during the outreach event. As long as you have them, you can dispense them.

Q8: Can children or young adults use these near-vision glasses?

A: These glasses are optimized for presbyopia, which typically begins around age 40. While some younger guests might find them helpful, refer children and complex cases to an eye care professional for additional assessment.
